The University of Pennsylvania’s metropolitan location means you have more options to travel to and from work than the average commuter. As of January 2025, Penn Commuter Services will help optimize your commute based on your location, schedule, and preferences. 

Penn Commuter Concierge is a new service that tailors commute options to individual needs. Available to everyone with a valid PennCard, it’s ideal for recently hired employees, students living off-campus, and anyone looking to navigate Philly’s highways, railways, bike paths, and sidewalks more efficiently.
