Potential SEPTA Strike As of Thursday, November 14, SEPTA services are operating on normal schedules, as its workers' union negotiates a new contract. We continue to monitor the possibility of a SEPTA strike in the coming days, in which case contingency plans remain in place. Click here to view those contingency plans.

Loop Through University City (LUCY®)

LUCY® is free to all PennCard holders as well as others.  The LUCY® shuttle runs every 5 to 30 minutes from 6:10am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

Penn & Drexel Bus share

Drexel University provides transportation across its three Campuses. Penn faculty, staff, and students are permitted unlimited use of the Drexel Bus service at no charge with a valid PennCard. (Drexel shuttle van services are not available to members of the Penn community.) The bus service includes three fixed routes (Blue & Gold, Dragon, and Queen Lane) and operates Monday through Friday.

Walking Escort

Uniformed Allied Universal Public Safety Officers provide free walking escorts to everyone, regardless of affiliation, to any destination within our patrol zone. Officers are dispatched by radio and will accompany you to your destination, including from one campus location to another, to your parked vehicle, to a Penn Transit Stop or to an on-campus SEPTA regional transit stop.
