Penn Parking Services
Available permit parking information can be found by selecting the red Park@Penn button.
Employees will need to enter their PennKey, select 2025-2026 Parking Options, and then navigate to “permits” to view all parking lots that have availability.
Permit requests are evaluated and responded to within two business days.
Employee Parking
There are approximately 5,000 parking spaces operated by Penn in both open lots and garages with multiple permit types and rates available as well as an Occasional Parking Program.
Visitor Parking
Visiting the University of Pennsylvania? Daily Parking is available at specific lots on campus.
Student Parking
Student parking permits are limited and available only to graduate students who have a demonstrated academic need. Applications are available for Academic and Annual year parking.

Our parking portal makes managing your permit easy!
Penn employees can use the Park@Penn Portal to apply for a parking permit, renew their permits during the annual enrollment period, update their parking credentials, sign up for text alerts, or pay a parking citation.
Special Event Parking
Penn Schools/Centers/Departments can arrange for special parking for events and individuals by filling out our Department Sponsored Guest Parking Request form.
