Charter Rates and Policies
The following rates are effective July 1, 2023
Charter Rates

Add $2.18 per mile in addition to the hourly rate, calculated at the end of each trip. Additional costs incurred such as parking, tolls or permits will be charged at their prevailing rates.
Charter Policies
- There is no EATING, DRINKING or SMOKING allowed on any University vehicle used for Charter Services without prior approval.
- All charters have a four (4) hour minimum charge.
- Pricing begins 30 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time and concludes 30 minutes after the drop-off time.
- All charters must be accompanied by a budget code (object code 5340) for confirmation.
Cancellation Fees
Weekday cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $140 cancellation fee. If cancellations are less than four hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the fee is $220.
Weekend cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $240 cancellation fee. If cancellations are less than four hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the fee is $280.
Cancellations after charter start time will be charged at a four-hour rate (weekend or weekday) plus miles accrued.
