Chestnut 34 Elevator Modernization

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve facility infrastructure, both Chestnut 34 elevators will be replaced and modernized.

 

This exciting project began on December 11, 2024, with the left-hand elevator out of service. Going forward, one elevator will be closed at a given time as work continues through May 2025, after which we will have a timeline for finalization.

 

We appreciate your patience during this enhancement period, as we are aware that the reduction in elevator service may cause wait time to slightly increase during peak parking hours. Ultimately, the full upgrade of both elevators is designed to enhance your overall parking experience.
