Do You Use LUCY?
Penn community members who ride the LUCY (Loop through University City) bus are invited to complete a short survey, sponsored by University City District and SEPTA to learn more about opinions and experiences of the service. Participants who complete the survey can enter a raffle to win a gift card to a local restaurant.
