Available permit parking information can be found by selecting the red Park@Penn button. 

Employees will need to enter their PennKey, select 2025-2026 Parking Options, and then navigate to “permits” to view all parking lots that have availability. 

Permit requests are reviewed and responded to within two business days.

The locations below have space availability and are listed by permit type. To register for parking, use the red Park@Penn link above and log in with your PennKey.

Employee Parking Permits

Parking Permits offer a reserved parking space, require annual enrollment, are billed monthly via pretax payroll deduction, and have predefined policies that govern cancelation and suspension.

Please note that, although we actively monitor and update this at-a-glance information, it is subject to change -- especially in times of high demand. We will make every effort to accommodate requests. 

Every Day Parking Permits

12 Parks-per-Month Permits

12 Parks Per Month permits allows the permit holder to park up to 12 times per calendar month at an assigned parking location. 

As with all parking permits, annual enrollment is required. All 12 days must be used in the specified month and do not carry over to subsequent months. The 12-pack permit is available only at select parking locations as outlined in the parking registration page. At the conclusion of the 12 parks, the permit holder is not able to scan into the location again and should take an entrance ticket to pay posted daily rates. Periodic reminder emails and/or texts will be sent to remind the permit holder of how many parks are available for the month; this information is also available any time in the Park@Penn portal. 

Carpool Permits

Carpool permits allow up to 4 individuals to share the cost of one parking permit. Costs are per person. Carpool permits are available at these locations:

• Walnut 40 Garage (40th and Walnut St)
• Walnut 38 Garage (38th and Walnut St)
• Walnut 32 Garage (entrance off Chestnut and 32nd St)
• Chestnut 34 Garage (entrance off 34th St past at corner of Ludlow St.)
• Penn Park Parking Lot (31st and Lower Walnut St)

Occasional Parking

Employees registered for the Occasional Parking program use a stored credit/debit card to pay for each parking session at a discount over publicly posted rates. Important information about usage can be found here.  Occasional parking is available at:
