Parking During the Penn Relays

The Penn Relays will be held Thursday, April 23 through Saturday, April 25. Heavy traffic is expected on and near campus during this popular annual event, including at our parking facilities.

Penn Parking permit-holders assigned to this location will have full parking access. However, arriving early is recommended, as we anticipate delays entering and exiting garages.

During the Relays, daily parking rates for those without a Penn Parking permit will be $23 for PennCard holders and $30 for the General Public.

Given the widespread traffic expected throughout University City during this time frame, the use of mass transit or other alternative means of transportation is strongly encouraged.
